Service Across the 30A Scenic Corridor
30A is a 24-mile ribbon of beach towns along County Road 30A in South Walton — from Dune Allen and Blue Mountain Beach on the west end, through Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, and Seagrove in the middle, out to Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, WaterSound, and Inlet Beach near the Walton/Bay county line. We cover all of it, plus the inland hub of Santa Rosa Beach off US-98 where many full-time residents and businesses are based. Every call routes through a single dispatcher — no third-party answering service, no offshore call center. The number you call is the number that answers, day or night.
The lock problems out here are different from an ordinary town. The corridor runs on vacation rentals that turn over every Saturday, so we spend a lot of time on smart-lock resets, dead-battery keypads, jammed lockboxes, and bad guest codes — usually a quick fix that gets a family inside without damaging the hardware. And the gulf salt air is brutal on door hardware: cheap builder-grade deadbolts pit, seize, and fail within a couple of seasons on gulf-facing doors, so lock replacement with corrosion-resistant hardware is a steady part of what we do.
Our work is non-destructive whenever possible. We pick, bypass, and pin-set far more locks than we ever drill. Drilling a lock is a last resort that costs you a replacement lock plus the service — we'd rather take the extra few minutes and save your hardware. Identification and authorization are standard: before we open any door, we confirm you belong on the inside of it. On a rental we verify the booking. It is a feature, not a hassle — it is what separates a real locksmith from a scammer with a van.
What We Do
Emergency lockouts, lock rekeys, car key replacement and programming, residential security upgrades, commercial master key systems, panic bar service, smart lock installation, and key fob programming. The full residential, automotive, and commercial scope, with 24/7 emergency response. Pricing is always quoted on the phone before we dispatch — every lock, vehicle, and door is different, so we give you a real, all-in number instead of a teaser rate that changes in the driveway.
